James H. Frasier, Administrator
of Estate of Stephen McClure
This day comes up the bond and appointment of James H. Frasier as administrator of said estate, which were made before the Clerk in vacation on the 30th June 1873, and said bond executed in due form of law in the sum of $500 with Wilson Goff and __. __. Powell as security, all of which was examined by the Court and found correct and is by the Court in all things approved.
Ordered that Court adjourn until tomorrow morning 8 o'clock.
