Will of Bennett Hail Maxey

Stone County

I, Bennett H. Maxey, of the County of Stone and State of Arkansas, while in sound and disposing mind feel desireous of disposing of my Estate which God has blessed me with, and I do hereby make this my last will Testament after my decease.

1st, I give to my son John H. Maxey one feather bed.

2nd, I give my daughter Diza Jane Bridgman one dollar.

3rd, I give my grandson John B. Bridgman one hundred dollars out of my Estate after my debts and funeral expenses paid.

The ballance of my personal Estate to be equally divided between my grandchildren.

And I hereby appoint Jesse L. Johnson my Executor after my decease.
