James H. Fraser, Petition Exparte:
Now on this day comes James H. Fraser as administrator of the Estate of Stephen McClure, Dec'd, and tenders his resignation as such administrator, and asks that his bond be cancelled and that he be discharged from further responsibility as such administrator, and it appearing here to the Court, that no assets have ever come to the hands or possession of said administrator; and that the assets of said Estate will not pay the expenses of administration, the said resignation is accepted, the said administrator discharged and relieved of any further responsibility in the administration of said Estate, and his bond as such administrator, is hereby cancelled, set aside and held for naught, and he and his securities are hereby discharged.
