Claude Loran Horton was born June 16, 1909, in Pope County, Arkansas, the son of Ed Horton and Victoria Brewer.
Claude married Ruth (Conant) Fay on December 21, 1929, in Yuma, Arizona. Ruth Fay was born May 22, 1906, at Abaline, Kansas. Ruth had two children, Bill Fay and Yvonne Fay, from a previous marriage.
Ruth died July 1986. Claude died September 12, 1997.
