Dicie Ethyl Harmon was born September 2, 1884, in Hawthorne Township of White County, Illinois, the daughter of Joseph Harmon and Nevada Ann Hughes.
Dicie's family moved to Indian Territory in present day Oklahoma about 1891 or 1892. They settled near Shady Point.
Dicie married Charles Ira "Ide" Palmer on January 22, 1905, at Shady Point, Oklahoma. They later divorced. Ide Palmer was born June 14, 1884 and died January 13, 1975.
Dicie married _____ Baker. They had no children.
Dicie died March 20, 1957, at Ponca City, Oklahoma and is buried in Grace Memorial Cemetery at Ponca City.
