Emily Endicott was born abut 1808, in Nicholas County, Kentucky, the daughter of Joseph Endicott and Welmet Nation.
Emily married Stephen Kight on September 4, 1834, in Posey County, Indiana. Stephen Kight was the son of Ezekiel Kight and Rebecca Murphy from North Carolina.
Stephen died prior to 1850. The 1850 Posey County census shows Emily, age 42, and their son William T., age 15, a farmer, living in Robb Township.
Emily died November 16, 1864, in White County, Illinois.
