Ernest Isaac J. Horton was born July 1890, in Searcy County, Arkansas, the son of David J. Horton and Nancy Elizabeth Adams.
Ernest married Paralee Clara Pearl Bohannon on November 8, 1910, in Searcy County. Clara was born February 6, 1893, in Searcy County, the daughter of John Bohannon and Annie Flatt.
Ernest died July 13, 1941. Clara died January 27, 1980, at Bethany, Oklahoma County, Oklahoma.
