Felicia Ann Cypert

Felicia Ann Cypert was born August 27, 1828, in Wayne County, Tennessee, the daughter of Jesse Newton Cypert and Jemima Worthen.

Felicia married Lemuel Littleberry Mack on October 16, 1844, in Wayne County. Lemuel L. Mack was born December 18, 1817, in Maury County, Tennessee, the so of Lemuel Dabney Mack and Mary Taylor.

Lemuel L. Mack studied law with his uncles who were lawyers in Maury County. He practiced law in Wayne County. He served as Wayne County Court Clerk for several years.

  About 1851, Lemuel L. and Felicia moved their family to Arkansas. The family settled in Paragould, Arkansas. Lemuel was elected Prosecuting Attorney in 1855. He was elected to the Arkansas Legislature in 1860, and in 1865, he was elected Circuit Judge and served in that office until 1884.

Lemuel died May 5, 1896, at Paragould. Felicia died there on September 17, 1896. They are buried at Paragould.
