In the Matter of James S. George, Estate

William F. George says that, to the best of his knowledge and belief, the names of the heirs of the said James S. George deceased, and their places and residences, are respectively as follows:

The heirs of Mary J. Avey, who resides in the County of Stone, in the State of Arkansas,
Sallie Cooper, who resides in the County of Izard, in the State of Arkansas,
Permelia C. Cole, who resides in the County of Stone, in the State of Arkansas,
Adaline Martin, who resides in the County of Stone, in the State of Arkansas,
The heirs of Martha Holden, who resides in the County of Stone, in the State of Arkansas,
The heirs of Robert George, who resides in the County of Stone, in the State of Arkansas,
Andrew J. George, who resides in the County of Stone, in the State of Arkansas,
William F. George, who resides in the County of Stone, in the State of Arkansas.

That the said James S. George died without a will; that he will make a perfect inventory of and faithfully administer all the estate of the deceased, and pay the debts as far as the assets will extend and the law direct, and account for and pay all assets which shall come to his possession or knowledge.
