Know all men by these presents that we, Stephen McClure as principal of the County of Conway and State of Arkansas and J. T. Bradley by permission of the Court as his security, of the County of Van Buren and State of Arkansas, are held and firmly bound unto Jesse M. Goff, Wilson Z. Goff, Nancy Goff, Elizabeth Goff and Emily Perline Goff, minor heirs of Jesse Goff, dec'd in the sum of five hundred dollars lawful money of the United States whereof payment will and truly to be made, we bind ourselves, our heirs, executors and administrators and assigns firmly by these presents. Signed with our hands and sealed with our seals and dated this 14th day of October AD 1859. The condition of the above obligation is such that whereas the said Stephen McClure was on the 14th day of October AD 1859, appointed by the Court of Probate of the County of Van Buren, guardian of the above minors under the age of twenty one years. Now if the said guardian shall duly render according to law just and true account of his guardianship and if the said Stephen McClure, his heirs, executors or administrators upon the determination or ceasing of such guardianship shall deliver and pay to the minors, their executors or administrators or any guardian that may be appointed to the said minors after the determination or ceasing of the guardianship of the said Stephen McClure, all the money, property, and effects belonging to them in the possession or under the control of the said Stephen McClure or that shall be due to them from the said guardian, and if the said guardian shall in all things perform and fulfill his duty as guardian as afore said, then this obligation shall be void and of non effect, otherwise to be and remain in full force and virtue.
