George W. Endicott was born about 1820, in Indiana, the son of Joseph Nation Endicott and Elizabeth Varner.
George married his third cousin, Eliza Ann Endicott, on October 26, 1843, in Posey County, Indiana. Eliza Ann Endicott was born about 1821, the daughter of John A. Endicott and Nancy Adair. Eliza was the granddaughter of Moses and Martha (Hill) Endicott.
George and Eliza had one child, born about 1845. Eliza died about 1848. Information in Mabel McCloskey's book says George married "Miss Coats" after Eliza died. We have no other information on this family.
