James Elbert Mallett was born August 7, 1872, in Conway County, Arkansas, the son of Rev. John Mallett and Sabre Elizabeth Cargile.
James married Virginia Bell Cunningham.
James died March 5, 1911. Virginia died July 16, 1918. They are buried in the Mallett Town Cemetery.
