Jesse Mallett was born December 2, 1861, in Conway County, Arkansas, the son of Rev. John Mallett and Sabre Elizabeth Cargile.
Jesse married Delia Miller, who was born March 4, 1871.
Jesse died May 7, 1925. Delia died February 12, 1944. They are buried in Mallett Town Cemetery, in Conway County.
