John P. Mallett was born August 28, 1870, in Conway County, Arkansas, the son of Rev. John Mallett and Sabre Elizabeth Cargile.
John married Maggie C. McMillian on May 1, 1891, in Conway County. Maggie McMillian was born October 5, 1869.
John and Maggie had no children.
Maggie died July 17, 1931. John died October 20, 1953. They are buried in the Mallett Town Cemetery, at Mallett Town in Conway County.
