John Y. Parker Stanfield was born January 31, 1887, in Hardin County, Tennessee, the son of John A. Stanfield and Elizabeth Jane Copeland.
John married Lou Della Stewart. Two children were born to this union. The marriage ended in divorce.
John died April 24, 1939, and is buried in Mt. Zion Cemetery at Steele, Pemiscot County, Missouri.
