The 1900 Independence County, Arkansas census, Christian Township, shows William Davidson, 46, born January 1854, in Alabama, father and mother born in Georgia, married 0 years, a farmer; Mary D., wife, 26, born November 1873, in Arkansas, father born in Arkansas, mother born in Indiana, married 0 years, given birth to 0 children, 0 children living; John T., son, 14, born December 1885, in Arkansas, father and mother born in Alabama; and Robert A., son, 12, born July 1887, in Arkansas, father and mother born in Alabama. Living with the family was Marion A. Higgins, boarder, 29, born December 1870, in Indiana, father's birthplace unknown, mother born in Indiana, a farm laborer.
He died March 15, 1933, at Thida, in Independence County, Arkansas, and is buried in Maple Springs Cemetery near Oil Trough, in Independence County. Allie died October 21, 1932, at Thida and is also buried in Maple Springs Cemetery.
