Nancy Elizabeth Weatherford was born August 1858, in Tennessee, the daughter of Joel Wilson Weatherford, Jr. and Sarah Franks.
Nancy married William James Martin about 1878, in Wayne County. Will Martin was born October 18, 1852, in Tennessee, the son of John H. Martin and Martha (last name unknown).
Will and Nancy had three children.
Will Martin died September 21, 1893 and is buried in the Horton Cemetery located on the Tom Helton Farm on Weatherford Creek near Lutts, in Wayne County.
Nancy married (second) John J. Beckham on February 21, 1895, in Wayne County. John Beckham was born January 8, 1833, in Tennessee, the son of Jack Zachariah Beckham. John Beckham was first married to Mary B. Martin, daughter of John H. and Martha Martin. Mary was a sister to Nancy Elizabeth's first husband, William James Martin.
John and Nancy had one son.
John Beckham died March 28, 1902 and is buried in the Horton Cemetery located on the Tom Helton Farm on Weatherford Creek near Lutts, in Wayne County.
Nancy then married Thomas R. Tidwell in 1906. They had no children.
Nancy died in 1945.
