Nancy Smith Cypert was born October 7, 1806, in Warren County, Tennessee, the daughter of Jesse Newton Cypert and Jemima Worthen.
Nancy married George Henderson Talley on February 5, 1824, in Wayne County, Tennessee. George Henderson Talley was the son of George Talley and Lucy McDaniel.
George and Nancy raised their family in Wayne County. Reports say that Nancy died January 14, 1884, in Keokuk County, Iowa.
