Opal Fern Gloden was born October 22, 1907, at Forsythe, in Macon County, Illinois, the daughter of John Michael Gloden and Lillie Coulter.
Opal married Hershel LeRoy Julian on October 11, 1931, at Guymon, in Texas County, Oklahoma. LeRoy Julian was born August 19, 1910, at Haviland, Kansas, the son of Charles LeRoy Julian and Violet Frame.
LeRoy and Opal farmed. LeRoy died June 1, 1976, at Guymon. Opal died July 5, 1981, at Amarillo, Texas. They are both buried at Guymon, Oklahoma.
