William Millard Birdwell was born May 16, 1919, the son of Dave Birdwell and Maude L. Laycook.
William married Verna Lee Pilkington. William and Verna raised their children at Ada Valley, in Conway County, Arkansas. William died February 7, 1972, and is buried in the Ada Valley Cemetery.
