William Francis Crow was born November 13, 1907, the son of James Virgin Crow and Verby Gunter.
Francis married Cassie Ermal Stump on May 27, 1928. Cassie Stump was born October 26, 1911.
The 1930 Searcy County, Arkansas census, Mt. Pleasant Township, shows William Crow, 22, a farmer who owned his farm; Ermal, 18; and Dorsey, 11 months old. Living nearby were William's parents and other family members.
Francis died July 9, 1980, and is buried in Archie Valley Cemetery, near Tilly. Cassie died December 22, 1986, and is buried in Archie Valley Cemetery.
