Clyde William Branham was born at Leslie, in Searcy County, Arkansas. He was the son of James William Branham and Gertie Mae Adaline Gloden.
Before 1930 the Branham family moved to Van Buren County, Arkansas. The 1930 Van Buren County census shows Wm. J. Branham, 46, a farmer; Gertie M., wife, 35; Della R., daughter, 13; Clyde W., son, 9; Odious L., son, 6; and Effie A., daughter, 2 years - 7 months old.
Clyde was in CC Camp in 1937 at Camp Shiloh, and at Camp James at Lake Michigan, in 1938.
Clyde married Mary Lucille Anderson in 1939, in Van Buren County, Arkansas.
Clyde was inducted into the Army on June 24, 1941, at Camp Robinson, Little Rock, Arkansas. He was stationed in Ireland, Halifax, and New Guinea during World War II. Clyde was a member of the 4830th Service Unit. He was honorably discharged at Ft. Sam Houston, Texas, on October 18, 1944.
Clyde and Mary had one child. Mary died in 1949, at Hector, Arkansas.
Clyde married Lorene Griggs in April 1946, in Missouri. Lorene Griggs was born December 13, 1919, the daughter of John E. Griggs and Tommie Young.
Clyde and Lorene had three children. Lorene died February 14, 1975, in Missouri.
Clyde then married Thelma Inez Griggs on October 10, 1975, in Missouri. Inez Griggs was also a daughter of John E. Griggs and Tommie Young, and a sister to Clyde's second wife Lorene Griggs.
Inez died October 17, 1995, in Missouri. Clyde and Inez had no children.
Clyde married Susie Belle Whitehead on October 10, 1998, at Granite City, Illinois.
Clyde died June 13, 2007, at Granite City, Illinois. He is buried in Sunset Hill Veterans Cemetery at Edwardsville, Missouri.

2. Larry Roy Branham was born at Milletown, MO. He married Jane Clair Vasloff, with whom he had two children. Larry then married Della Jones, with whom he had one child. Children by Jane: (1) Tommie Jean Branham; and (2) Larry William Branham. Child by Della: (3) Crystal Branham
3. John Ray Branham was born Sept 5, 1950, at Peach Orchard, MO. He married Bonnie L. Shaner, who was born at Grove City, PA. John died Dec 20, 2001, at Wapapello, MO. Children: (1) Anthony Ray "Tony" Branham; (2) John William Branham; and (3) Michael Wayne Branham
4. Debra Annette Branham was born at St. Louis, MO. She married Jess Hemby, then Jimmy Smith. Children: (1) Tena Hemby; (2) Jimmy Smith; and (3) Shannon Smith
