Frances married Duncan "Dee" Snook on April 22, 1908, in Searcy County, Arkansas.
Dee Snook was born February 26, 1880, in Kentucky, according to family records, but after June 5, 1880 according to census records. He was the son of Vanburen Snook and Sarah Jane Duncan.
Duncan and Frances settled in Searcy County after their marriage in 1908. The 1910 Searcy County census, Wiley's Cove Township, shows D. Snook, 29, married 2 years; Frances, wife, 19, had given birth to 1 child; and James T., son, 1 year old.
Dee was a farmer and he moved his family to Van Buren County, Arkansas prior to 1920.
The 1920 Van Buren County census, Craig Township, shows Dee Snook, 39, a farmer who owned his farm; Frances, wife, 37; Frank, son, 12; Ruby, dau, 7; and Carl, son, 1 year and 5 months old.
The family lived in Arkansas for several years, before moving to Oklahoma.
Dee died in Oklahoma February 1964, and is buried at Ft. Gibson, Oklahoma. Frances died and is also buried at Ft. Gibson.
