William Carroll Sypert was born December 15, 1814, at Lebanon, Wilson County, Tennessee, the son of Lawrence Sypert and Mary Lambreth.
William married Permelia Ben Perry on June 26, 1838, in Wilson County.
William Carroll died in July 1885, at Davilla, Texas.
